The Red Moon is the seal of water and of feelings. Its action is to purify, its essence is flow, its power is universal water. Water always finds its way; it receives, carries onward, and in this movement becomes clear. In this way the Moon shows how feelings work when they are allowed to flow: they move, connect, and leave clarity behind. Red initiates, and with the Moon begins the process time cell, where experience is worked through. It belongs to the Gateway Earth family and closes the Blood Clan. In the planet holon it corresponds to Mercury; with it the galactic-karmic flow reaches the innermost planet. In Hunab Ku 21, its archetype is the Healer, who knows that purification is a natural process when nothing is dammed up. The Rhythmic tone brings balance to the wavespell. Its action is to organize, its power is equality, its essence is balancing. After the radiant force of the fifth tone, the task now is to order the forces and distribute them fairly. Its question is: How can I extend my equality to others? Equality here means giving each part the place that is right for it, so that the whole keeps the beat. Rhythm arises when tension and relaxation, action and rest alternate. In Maya numerals it appears as a bar and a dot; six is the number that divides into two equal trinities and so forms symmetry. The Rhythmic tone stands just before the center of the wavespell and prepares it. It invites you to organize your day and your relationships so that giving and receiving stay in balance.
