Terms of Use and Sale
Version of October 15, 2026
1. Who We Are
The website synchronotron.com and the shop are operated by Gerd Johannes Payr (empresário individual), CNPJ 30.682.832/0001-04, Rua Silveira Martins, 157 – Flamengo, Rio de Janeiro – RJ, CEP 22221-000, Brazil. Customer service: 441@synchronotron.com. (Information under Art. 2 of Brazilian Decree No. 7,962/2013.)
2. Scope
Much of the website is open to everyone. The online Calculation Board is free of charge and is not sold; a free account may be required to use it or other tools on the website. In the shop we offer time-limited digital access: recorded courses, recorded daily activations, workshops, and downloadable materials. Membership levels are not currently sold (see section 4). The content is educational and intended for study, based on the legacy of Dr. José Argüelles / Valum Votan. It does not replace medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
3. Account and Access
- The account is free. To create it, you enter your email address and confirm it through the link we send you; during registration we also ask for your country.
- You sign in with a link sent to your email address (single use, limited validity) or, if you set one, with a password.
- Purchases are linked to the account’s email address.
- Access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing the sign-in link, the password, the account, or the content with third parties is prohibited.
- You are responsible for keeping your email account and your password secure.
- You can delete your account at any time in the Members’ Area. Deleting it also ends any access still running.
4. Levels, Access Periods, and Trial Period
- Membership levels: Free Account (no charge), Level 1 · Visão, and Level 2 · Completo. The higher level includes the lower one. For partner organizers there are the Partner Basic and Partner Plus plans. Levels are not currently sold: they result from the trial period, from existing access or access granted by us, and from access included in products from the shop.
- Access periods: Lua = 28 days, Anel = 365 days, or the period stated on the product page. The period starts when the payment is confirmed. If you already have active access to the same content, the new period is added to the end of the current one. Downloadable materials without a stated period remain available as long as the shop is in operation.
- There is no subscription and no automatic renewal: access ends on its own when the period is over. For all time-limited access (except the trial period), we let you know by email 7 days before it ends and when it ends. For accounts transferred from the previous platform, these notices only start after the first sign-in to the new system.
- Trial period: while this offer is active, each new account receives a free trial period once (currently 7 days of Level 1). It ends on its own, at no charge. If you agreed to the newsletter, we remind you one day before it ends.
- We may end free offers and the trial period for new accounts at any time. Access already paid for is not affected.
5. Prices and Payment
- Prices are in Brazilian reais (BRL). If a product also has a price in US dollars (USD), that price is payable through PayPal. We do not convert currencies. The price in effect at the time of purchase applies; the final amount is always calculated by our server and shown before payment.
- Payment is made through Mercado Pago (credit card, in full or in installments according to the options shown, Pix, and, when offered, boleto; depending on availability, Mercado Pago may show other payment methods) or through PayPal. Mercado Pago shows the installment terms before you confirm. For payments through Mercado Pago, the charge appears on your card statement as SYNCHRONOTRON.
- We do not receive or store card or bank account data.
- Access is unlocked automatically once the provider confirms the payment. Card, Pix, and PayPal payments are usually confirmed within minutes; boleto within up to 3 business days. Unpaid orders are canceled automatically after 48 hours (PayPal) or 10 days (Mercado Pago).
- Coupons are valid under the conditions stated with them (period, products, number of uses). One coupon applies per order. Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.
- After payment you receive an order confirmation by email. We do not currently issue a nota fiscal (Brazilian tax invoice). The purchase confirmation sent by email is not a tax receipt. Businesses that need a tax document should contact 441@synchronotron.com before purchasing.
- Donations do not unlock content in the members’ area.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Under Art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), you can withdraw from a purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days of the purchase without giving a reason. The amount paid is refunded in full, through the same payment method, and the corresponding access ends. How to do it: see the Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
Texts, videos, matrices, graphics, and spreadsheets are protected by copyright (Law No. 9,610/1998). A purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license for your own study. Copying, recording, reselling, publishing, or distributing the content is prohibited.
8. Availability
We strive to keep the website available, but interruptions for maintenance or for technical reasons may occur. If paid content is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours, your access is extended by the length of the interruption. Your rights in the event of a defective service (Articles 18 to 20 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, CDC) are not affected.
9. Emails
Service emails (sign-in link, purchase confirmation, notices about your access) are part of the service. Promotional emails such as the newsletter and invitations are sent only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
10. Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018).
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Purchases already made remain subject to the terms in effect on the date of purchase.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Brazilian law applies. The courts of the consumer’s place of residence have jurisdiction.
13. Languages
These terms exist in five languages (Portuguese, German, English, Italian, and Spanish). In case of discrepancies, the Portuguese version prevails.
