The timing frequency is responsible for governing the purpose and the levels of consciousness of evolving bodies. Time factors primordial mass into preconscious energy and atomic structure. Time evolves the energy of inorganic atomic mass into organic cellular mass. Time factors cellular mass into unconscious energy called life. Everything in life possesses unconscious energy.
