Principles of the Harmonic Restructuring of the Synchronic Order

Postulate 10.13

The harmonic restructurings of the synchronic order are functions of the biosphere–noosphere transition.
Following the Circumpolar Rainbow Bridge experiment, the telepathy resulting from the harmonic order of the PAN connects consciously to the Galactic Brain.
The development of the Planet Art seed is thereafter a natural evolutionary unfolding of the continuous superconscious telepathic regeneration that governs the complete noospheric unification of all biospheric functions.
