Attracting the Galactic Federation and the Nature of Post-Organic Consciousness

Postulate 17.8

As fractal-free waveforms fed back from God, the angels are always with God, in the presence of God.
As the feedback response of God, the angels personify the nature and the directive level of the “thoughts” of God.
At the same time, the angels are attuned to bodies in time that they have selected, or to those to which they have been directed as guides.
As the coordinated intelligence of the angelic order in its global guiding capacity, the Galactic Federation maintains the complete evolutionary record of the thought and actions of all “creatures”.
