Postulates Governing the Dynamics of Time in Relation to the Dynamics of Space

Postulate 0.13

The point in space intercepted by any of the absolutely infinite sets of potentialities of the time vector (13:20) is either preconscious or unconscious in the domain of potentiality, or evolving from the conscious to the supraconscious in the Dominion of Time. The practice of the dynamics of time, or Celestial Harmonics, is only possible at a point in space that has attained a continuous or supraconscious condition. The supraconscious point is defined by its capacity to order the simultaneous vector potentialities into a conscious arrangement of purpose.
