Postulates Governing the Dynamics of Time in Relation to the Dynamics of Space

Postulate 0.7

Since the universe is a perfection of order and a unitary, creative, patterned process, the Law of Time, T(E)=Art, governing the appearance and manifestation of all phenomena – energy – of the physical third dimension of space, is also absolute in its perfection. Art is defined as the natural and spontaneous unification of time with space, according to the 13:20 frequency; therefore, “time is art”.
