The Law of Time can only be consciously understood as an index of evolutionary progression within the spectrum, measuring the incidence of purely biological conditions, or states of being, toward purely mental ones. Before the conscious understanding of the Law of Time, it is classified either as a preconscious factor or as an unconscious factor in nature.
