Fourth-Dimensional Human Tools for the Development of Interdimensional Telepathic Technologies

Postulate 6.3

The fourth-dimensional human tools of the 13:20 for the development of interdimensional telepathic technologies are, necessarily, mental constructions elaborated in the simplest operating devices

These tools represent three categories of application: biologically normative restoration of telepathic government (Thirteen Moon Calendar); elaboration of telepathic faculties and types of focused actions (Telektonon); complete master guidelines for social reorganization and for the identification and mapping of the Celestial Harmonics for the creation of time-travel vehicles (Dreamspell).
