GOVERNING POSTULATES OF THE DYNAMICS OF TIME IN RELATION TO THE DYNAMICS OF SPACE

20.1       The Fourth-Dimensional Law of Time governs the synchronic order of the world of three-dimensional appearances. The synchronic order is a fourth-dimensional principle in conformity with the 13:20 frequency in any and all of its varied possibilities.

20.2       In the third dimension, it is the law of gravity that holds physical bodies together in space. Kinetics, Celestial Mechanics and Spatial Dynamics are three-dimensional spatial sciences that describe the movement of bodies in space.

20.3       These sciences do not truly describe the effect of time in governing the order of movement in space. By the variable coordinates (X,Y,Z), spatial science measures the duration of movement of bodies in space, but duration is not time. Duration is merely a relative measure of movement between three points relatively marked in space. The principle of measuring the duration of space also forms the basis of the three-dimensional concepts of time. The time measurement incorporated in the mechanical clock measures the duration of movement of a body within an arc or degree of a circle in space. This has nothing to do with the true nature of time.

20.4       It is the Law of Time that holds the bodies of space in synchronic order with one another. That is, for any given moment in the universe, the Law of Time governs the synchronic order of all bodies, constituting the momentary aspect of the universal order. The Law of Time informs all bodies of space of a total order of systems that comprises all parts in relation to one another. This is what synchronic order means.

20.5       Synchronic order is a fourth-dimensional “vertical” order centered in the now, which embraces everything in relation to the “horizontal” order of three-dimensional space. Synchronic order can only be understood mentally or consciously as a structure of whole systems.

20.6       The conscious nature of the synchronic order of fourth-dimensional time points to the existence of a unifying coordinating principle of supremely creative intelligence. This principle of supremely creative intelligence is commonly called “God”. The purpose of the supremely creative intelligence is to maintain the order of the universe according to principles that are constant, uniform, of design, governed by the Law of Time, expressed as T(E)=Art, where T(ime) is the 13:20 ratio and E(nergy) is any small three-dimensional phenomenon, which, in its time, is always harmonious.

20.7       Since the universe is a perfection of order and a unitary, creative, patterned process, the Law of Time, T(E)=Art, governing the appearance and manifestation of all phenomena – energy – of the physical third dimension of space, is also absolute in its perfection. Art is defined as the natural and spontaneous unification of time with space, according to the 13:20 frequency; therefore, “time is art”.

20.8       The 13:20 timing frequency maintains the order of bodies in motion as the universal order of bodies in synchronic relation to one another. This synchronic order of the universe is absolute, the supreme principle governing all relations of bodies in space to one another, no matter whether in motion or stable. Since this order is consciously and mentally perceptible, it is also the telepathic and mental order of the universe.

20.9       The Law of Time can only be consciously understood as an index of evolutionary progression within the spectrum, measuring the incidence of purely biological conditions, or states of being, toward purely mental ones. Before the conscious understanding of the Law of Time, it is classified either as a preconscious factor or as an unconscious factor in nature.

20.10     By becoming conscious, the Law of Time alters the possibilities of telepathic interaction between any bodies. The conscious alterations of telepathy between any bodies in which the Law of Time has become conscious determine a bond of possibilities called the Dynamics of Time or Celestial Harmonics.

20.11     The Celestial Harmonics, the Dynamics of Time, are to the fourth dimension what the dynamics of space or celestial mechanics are to the third dimension. In the same way as the plotting of coordinates according to the principles of spatial dynamics allows the unfolding of an object from one body in space, “Earth” to another body in space, “Mars”, so too the plotting of time vectors allows the movement of one body in time to another body in time. These bodies in time are called vector-point potentialities.

20.12     From the perspective of fourth-dimensional time, space is an infinitely locatable point, or set of points, within an infinitely locatable space.
